Why choose KoruCare?
Healthcare providers often face urgent staffing problems. We understand the need for quick, reliable, and high-quality solutions. KoruCare is dedicated to being your trusted partner.
Why We Started KoruCare Workforce Solutions?
KoruCare Workforce Solutions was founded by Diksha Goyal and Naman Goyal, two healthcare professionals who have dedicated their careers to supporting people through some of the most challenging periods of their lives.
Having worked extensively across acute mental health services, rehabilitation settings, forensic services, crisis teams, aged care, and community healthcare, we experienced first-hand the impact that staffing shortages can have on patients, healthcare providers, and frontline staff. We saw dedicated healthcare teams working under immense pressure, organisations struggling to fill critical shifts, and patients whose continuity of care was affected by workforce challenges.
As nurses and healthcare leaders, we understood that behind every unfilled shift is a patient who deserves safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
KoruCare was created to bridge this gap.
Our vision was to build a healthcare workforce agency that truly understands the realities of frontline healthcare because it is led by healthcare professionals who have lived those experiences themselves. Unlike traditional recruitment agencies, KoruCare is founded and operated by clinicians who understand the importance of matching the right professional to the right environment, ensuring both clinical excellence and cultural safety.

He is experienced in leading and managing complex situations, including seclusion events, and is committed to ensuring the safety, dignity, and recovery of every person he supports.
Before co-founding KoruCare, Naman worked across forensic mental health services, acute inpatient units, and crisis teams, gaining valuable insight into the workforce challenges faced by healthcare providers throughout New Zealand. This experience inspired his vision of creating a staffing agency that delivers reliable, qualified, and compassionate healthcare professionals whenever and wherever they are needed.
